Rounds this am. very many open infected tibia fractures stabilized early after earthquake. I have become head of xray team. Have hand held xray machine that was donated by?? We are using mobile OR trucks from the DR until our OR is ready (~tomorrow).
Mainly working on taking this tent city into better functioning medical station. Food deliveries and latrine digging around the site, I estimate they are going to be taking more patients from P-A-P up to 500 or more.
